FMDS Digital Dashboard Simplification

We’re sharing the FMDS Digital Dashboard Simplification project, part of our efforts to enhance labor productivity in the Employee Experience program.

FMDS aims to make problems visible in the production line through user-friendly dashboards. Initially, manual data entry on paper made the process time-consuming. Leveraging Prolec’s technological expertise, we introduced digital dashboards, streamlining processes and enhancing trend visualization with a single click. This facilitates quicker decision-making.

Currently, X dashboards are digitized, resulting in an average improvement of X man-hours each. The project continues, incorporating lessons learned into Prolec’s global sites. Stay tuned for the overall plan.
