Regional Technical Seminars
RTS Overview
In addition to our advanced Transformer Concepts & Applications seminars for power engineers (held in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and Goldsboro, North Carolina), Prolec GE Waukesha offers FREE one day Regional Technical Seminars (RTS) for our customers in each of five regional territories throughout the year. Each RTS is organized in conjunction with our nationwide sales representative organization, and participants can qualify for Professional Development Hours/CEU credits in most states.
Additional Information
RTS is a condensed version of our three-day, bi-annual Transformer Concepts and Applications Seminar. We develop a focused agenda that can be accomplished in one day, tying back to industry trends, industry concerns and previous seminar feedback. Two tracks are offered after an initial introduction presentation that covers the basics of what a transformer is and how it is designed and manufactured. One track is aimed at engineering topics while the other track focuses on field operations issues. Tracks run consecutively, and attendees can participate in either track throughout the day, depending on subject interest.
